Dr. Sastry Kandukuri is a passionate and experienced digital materials and manufacturing technology professional with Doctorate/Maters/Bachelor degrees in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science coupled with more than 20 years of diverse experience in Maritime, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors. He supports customers with subject matter expertise in the areas of additive and conventional manufacturing Materials/Process/ Facility/Design related qualification/ certification, training and Quality/code compliance. Furthermore, as part of the DNW he helps users through their journey of additive manufacturing adoption in Maritime, Oil & Gas, Mining and other heavy industries to create and enhance trust on AM products.

Valeria Tirelli is President and CEO of Aidro, a Desktop Metal company, which excels in introducing additive manufacturing into hydraulics. She enthusiastically manages the company founded by her father 40 years ago, specializing in the design and production of mechanical components, such as valves, manifolds and hydraulic systems. Since 2021, Aidro has joined the Desktop Metal Group to bring 3D metal printing to mass production for various applications such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Aerospace and Fluid Power. Valeria promotes the adoption of additive manufacturing and the sustainability of this technology, supporting the reduction of the carbon footprint in various sectors. She is also a member of international groups for the definition of guidelines and standards for additive manufacturing. Her commitment to the diffusion of additive technologies is placed in the organization of events and networking moments, as Italian Association of Women in 3D Printing.

Sean Roberts joined the Desktop Metal team in 2022 to holistically manage the suite of additive metal technology, including Studio and Shop System, Production and X-series, Furnace, materials and consumables. Prior to Desktop Metal, Sean served as Product Manager for the high-speed graphics portfolio of Electronics For Imaging, as well as general management positions within print organizations across New England. He holds a BA in Graphic Communication for Northern Vermont University, an MBA in Global Business from Southern New Hampshire University, and is a certified Product Manager by the Pragmatic Marketing Institute.
