You will need to collect a number of rare resources in Palworld in order to improve your gear and base. One such resource is Pure Quartz, which is needed to craft Circuits, a particularly useful item. However, locating Pure Quartz can be challenging, especially if you go unprepared. Fortunately, we’ve detailed exactly where you can find Pure Quartz in Palworld and how best to get it.
Pure Quartz is located on the northwestern side of the map in the Astral Mountains region in Palworld. The closest fast travel point is the Pristine Snowfield waypoint, although you can also access it from the Tower of the PAL Genetic Research Unit waypoint. Pure Quartz looks like a giant black rock with white crystals coming off the top. You can see the exact location of it in the image below.
It’s important to note that to get to the Astral Mountains region, you’ll need to bring some cold-resistant gear, such as the Tundra outfit. Additionally, once you get there, you’ll want to bring a Pal that has a high level of Mining Work Sustainability and one that has good Transportation Work Sustainability. That way, you can establish a base next to the Pure Quart deposits and have your Pals do all the mining and heavy lifting for you.
